Note to Myself No. 6

A study found that children, on average,
laugh about 400 times a day

while adults,
who supposedly have acquired wisdom
along with numbers of years lived,
laugh a paltry 17 times a day.

Are we throwing the laughing baby
out with the muddy bathwater of living
through trials and tribulations?

Get with the program people.

Cast spells of laughter.

Laugh hearty and long.

Laugh often.

Even if the only thing to laugh at is
yourself.

I agree. We take life too seriously which is why so many people have health problems, myself included. Yes, laughter is good for the soul.
