You are very clever with the process Meri. My photoshop has decided not to open so I need to get my son -the family tech, around to clean out the computer. Hence I am now using picasa as a quick fix in the interim.
Meri, I love playing with PS too! I've done a couple of the things you mentioned, but the gamma, exposure things are something new for me to try... thank you! I just love the result you got with that photo!
