Circling Time

Even with a house full of guests this weekend,
I found a pocket of quiet time
just for me.

Blessed stillness
while everyone else slept late.
Just me, up early.

Sunday morning,
when I was putting off packing
for the girlfriends trip to Mexico,

I just had to play with images
because I knew I'd get twitchy
if I went too long without that kind of play.

So here's the result.
A new variation of the iconic fractal design I love,
a warm and watery dreamscape.

Enjoy.

What a perfect late-summer image. I've never liked marigolds and other late summer flowers much, but these are thrilling.

And have fun in Mexico!

Remember your post "The Soul of Money", when I said the image you posted reminded me of a painting of mine? I posted it, it is the "mint tea on a verandah". I also sat with paper and brushes and created a prize, a recognition, which I called "moonlight". You can come and get yours anytime, hope you will enjoy it.
