I had to look up Wisteria as well as the author's name. It is a beautiful portrait and sentiment all the way around, and I learned something. Good job Meri. Peace to you and all you hold dear.

Here is a link to sigh up for the 21days of free guided sessions. They send you a new one each day. I think I am on #9. I feel I can now breath so much deeper now. And really love the voice of David.
Let me know if you like it as much as I do.

I misread your title as Bosom...and thought of something else entirely until I read your Haiku!

Meri, this is lovely. It took me there.
Being outdoors in the pale moonlight... the pungent scent of wisteria fills the air... I can't wait until the season reaches us. Great job finding just the right woodcut, Meri! Every time. Love
Beautiful post Meri. I love these classic haiku. Thank you for introducing us to some of the great Japanese Pillars of the Art. The images are lovely too.

I love wisteria, and your esteem expressed for this beautiful plant is delightful.

What a lovely painting of the wisteria...and such a beautiful haiku. I'm so enjoying the variety as I experience Haiku My Heart for the first time.

The word verification is mi-leaf, so here it is - we have the most wonderful wisteria growing over the bridge by the side of our cottage, it is still in bud ready to pop.

Your words and image mingled with my own thoughts leaves my senses bathed in beauty!

What a beautiful poem. The scent was beautiful. I do believe we must be kindred souls. I think the worst thing about sending my baby out is wondering if I can handle the criticism that might come back...
