What a stunning pairing Meri. It's so true that the soul/psyche sends sweet messages via dreams. What a shame when people have not courted their dreams enough to recall them.
I'm glad my haiku made you laugh. That's just what I did when I found my silly basenji curled up in my clean laundry.
But I'm sorry you lost your own friend. Dogs become so much a part of our families, don't they? And you can't replace them easily. I hope sometime when you're ready you will find a puppy who will share a new place in your heart and home.
Meri I just saw your haiku and this brilliant photograph. It is like a colored crystalline dreamcatcher. Marvellous, so ethereal that it seems like something out of a dream in its own right. Your haiku is gloriously fitting. Dreams are essential to traveling the labyrinth of the soul and finding the Self at the center of it all. xo, Noelle
So. . . according to the time and place of my birth, my Sun is in Virgo. My Moon is in Scorpio. My rising sign (Ascendant) is in Aries. I tend toward perfectionism and can be critical, sometimes directing it at others but mostly toward myself. I have emotional depth and when I fall in love, I'm totally committed and expect the same of my Beloved (though my secret fear is betrayal). I like being active and my mind is quick. Knowledge is important to me, as is mastery of things that interest me. I tend to dive into things headfirst and sometimes I let myself go hogwild. . . and wear myself out. And often, once I know as much about something as I need to know, I lose interest and am off to the next shiny thing. What's your profile? (And I know that the good stuff applies, but the bad stuff is just so much bunk.)
