What a stunning pairing Meri. It's so true that the soul/psyche sends sweet messages via dreams. What a shame when people have not courted their dreams enough to recall them.

I love the picture and I love the haiku even more. I've been a vivid dreamer all my life and your haiku rings so true for me!

Oh, this is a dreamy image. Dreamy words, too.

I'm glad my haiku made you laugh. That's just what I did when I found my silly basenji curled up in my clean laundry.

But I'm sorry you lost your own friend. Dogs become so much a part of our families, don't they? And you can't replace them easily. I hope sometime when you're ready you will find a puppy who will share a new place in your heart and home.

Meri I just saw your haiku and this brilliant photograph. It is like a colored crystalline dreamcatcher. Marvellous, so ethereal that it seems like something out of a dream in its own right. Your haiku is gloriously fitting. Dreams are essential to traveling the labyrinth of the soul and finding the Self at the center of it all.

Noelle
