Share the Joy: Getting Closer

I'm signing the listing agreement on Friday

for the house I'm selling (soon)

and the staging expert will do the finishing touches as soon

as the painters are finished working their magic.

Then the photographer will come and do pictures for the website

so it can go into the MLS.

I will be overJOYed when someone falls in love

with the gorgeous home that's sheltered and wrapped its arms around me

for the past 16 years.

I'll finally be able to 

and fall in love with the new house

and make it my own.
