It could be saying lots of things. I personally think it is saying there is beauty in all things and if we look deep enough, beyond the masks that people wear, beyond the speckled flaws we see on the surface, we can see that every human being is just a flower in bloom no matter how long it takes to blossom.
Take time to connect with the inside before judging what's on the outside.
Inside every cocoon is magic.
