It's cool-ish and rainy here,

a great time for cuddling up under a quilt

and having a good read.

Reading always gives me joy.

I love wandering through a thicket of words,

wondering at the beauty of language,

its ability to capture emotion,

build suspense,

and tell a good yarn.

How are you cultivating joy?

This is definitely a good day to curl up with a good book. Thanks for sharing your joy Meri. I hope you will participate in the Gratitude Quilt this year… all you have to do is: close your eyes. exhale. inhale. exhale. without thinking hard, allowing the words to bubble up and flow from your heart, write down what you are grateful for in THIS moment… then send me a message with those words and I will add them to the Quilt, easy peasy.
