Share the Joy: Joy List

What gives you JOY?

For me, the list includes:

Reflections

Garden shops

Flowers at Pike Place Market
(especially lilacs and lilies)

the whine of bagpipes
as befits the Scot part of my ancestry

and petting my furry felines,
who are always eager to sit in my lap
(or on my keyboard).

What's on your mind this week?
How are you cultivating joy?

Celebrate it.
Share it.

Lovely shots of a variety of subjects. Joy can be found in the strangest places and in the strangest circumstances too. It is all around us. Have a nice weekend. Mickie :)

I had the recent pleasure of enjoying the fragrance of lilacs while we were on the road. We recently returned from a 6 month trip back east and lilacs, once spring hit, were everywhere. What a pleasure since they are a rare bird around here.

Oh, there is so much joy to be had. Sloane and the beautiful young woman she is becoming brings me great joy. The sky last night before the storm made me gasp. Visiting old bloggy friends. You...

Sweet joys ! So bright and colorful !
For me the joys are boxes filled with stuff, being moved without my muscles for now.
Snuggling in to bed for our last night in our bed in this house in NH.
The knowledge that beaches and new adventures await !
Have a great week, Meri !

Lovely list of joys, Meri. One of my joys is just being able to begin a two month break from work and revisit my creative side. This list of projects is here beside me, but my ordering of them is free choice! Hurray!
